My First Franken

Hello everyone! So sorry, I wanted this to be more picture heavy, but I usually fail at that! So again, you get one! =D
I'll work on that, I promise!! In the meantime, I want to share this with you, and get your feedback on frankens!!
First, let me say, this was eyeshadow. I bought a pallet from Ulta and one broke, so here it is!
I thought it would look awesome with a mattecoat on it, so there's that.

Anyway, for those of you who do frankens all the time, please help!!
What are your secrets for having the eyeshadow not settle to the bottom and stay there forever? I threw in a steel ball(zinc coated, I hope that doesn't cause a problem....They were cheap!) to help mix, although I'm sure 2 would be better.
What are tricks to keep bubbles out? Even after shaking and letting it sit for a while, it was still so bubbly!
Also, what is the best way to create a fine powder with the eyeshadow?
I'm sure I can easily find a tutorial on all of this, but I would rather see what you have to say! =D

Please help me out with this! I really want more frankens! =D

Also, what should I name this pretty blue?

looks nice)
I have similar problems with frankens - glitter sinks(
I think you should use a suspension base... it is quite easy to buy in the us! I wish it was the same in russia

I've done a few frankens using eyeshadow. I just put them in a small bowl and crush the crap out of them, but they still settle eventually, a thicker clearcoat polish would probably fix that I'd imagine.
